Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, engaged creative arts therapist who integrates talk therapy with art-making and mindfulness. I specialize in working with identity exploration, intergenerational and family dynamics, immigrant experiences, and QTBIPOC issues. I offer a flexible, collaborative space where clients can build insight and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, identity exploration, family and relationship dynamics, and neurodivergence. In our initial sessions, we will explore your needs in depth and create a plan to support healing and growth. Many clients experience greater clarity and relief within the first month, with continued progress over time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, compassionate space where your whole identity—including your cultural background, queer or trans experience, and unique story—is honored and valued. Therapy can be like walking through a forest—sometimes the path is steep and shadowed, but along the way, there are clearings filled with light, moments of insight, creativity, and even joy. Together, we’ll set goals that reflect your needs, whether exploring identity, healing from family or immigration-related trauma, or building coping skills. Many clients leave feeling deeply seen, supported, and empowered to embrace their true selves with resilience and hope.
