Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep forcing yourself to fit into a world that wasn’t built for your brain. If you’ve spent your life feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or wondering why things seem harder than they do for everyone else, you’re not alone. As a neurodivergent Clinical Psychologist (PhD) with eight years of clinical experience and specialized training in ADHD and autism—including a postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente focused on autism assessment—I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, life transitions, and identity-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, integrating ACT, DBT, mindfulness- and compassion-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and body-based interventions to deepen insight and support nervous system regulation. My style is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and authentic, with room for humor, curiosity, and honest conversation.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent much of your life feeling misunderstood or masking who you are. During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what has brought you to therapy, and identify the goals that matter most to you. My approach is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming, meaning we’ll explore the deeper patterns shaping your experiences while honoring your nervous system and the unique ways your brain works—without trying to change who you are. Together, we’ll create a space where you no longer have to perform or convince others that your experiences are real. Instead, we’ll work toward understanding yourself with greater compassion, building on your strengths, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with who you are.
