Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zahra — a licensed therapist and wellness guide who blends traditional psychotherapy with somatic and trauma-informed practices. I help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, heal from past wounds, and develop the emotional tools they need to thrive. My approach is warm, direct, and integrative — rooted in both evidence-based methods and mind-body modalities.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with identity, or burdened by unresolved trauma. Together, we create a space where you can safely explore what’s holding you back and develop healthier patterns in work, relationships, and self-worth.

In our sessions, we may use a combination of talk therapy, nervous system regulation, inner child work, and mindfulness-based practices depending on your needs. I also specialize in helping high-performing individuals (including creatives, professionals, and caregivers) move from burnout to balance.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, complex family dynamics, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my goal is to support your healing journey with compassion, clarity, and curiosity.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I tailor my methods to fit the unique needs of each client rather than adhering to a single therapeutic framework. My experience has shown that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I integrate elements from multiple evidence-based modalities to best support my clients.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with deeper self-awareness, practical tools for nervous system regulation, and a renewed connection to their inner truth. Whether we're working through trauma, addiction, or creative blocks, I create a compassionate and grounded space where clients feel safe to explore, feel, and transform. I blend evidence-based techniques with integrative approaches — including somatic work, parts work, and psychedelic integration — to help clients move beyond old patterns and into embodied authenticity. Sessions are collaborative, insightful, and always anchored in the belief that lasting change starts from within.
