Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Therapist with over five years of experience. I am open to seeing any clients who are looking to engage in their healing process. Healing happens in community, and I would love to walk side by side with you in your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have the gift of presence. I provide a safe space for all of my clients to show up as their authentic selves free of any judgment. I am easy to share with and embrace a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. I want to equip you with the necessary skills to navigate your story and explore questions of "what has happened to me", "why do I feel this way", and "how can I address it to be better". I then want to empower you to embrace your healing journey as I assist you in your process.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, I would like to share a bit about myself, my experience, and assure you of confidentiality. I would then like to hear about who you are and what brings you to therapy, as much as you are comfortable sharing. I hope to provide a space that allows you to feel safe and vulnerable with me. I will allow you to ask any questions you may have, and we can set a next appointment to begin crafting your therapy goals together.
