My clinical approach is rooted in Jungian depth psychology. I explore unconscious processes, archetypal patterns, complexes, dreams, symbolic material, and early relational experiences that shape personality development and emotional suffering. Therapy is viewed not only as symptom reduction, but as a process of individuation and deeper self-understanding. To support this analytic work, I integrate EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy. These adjunctive modalities help regulate trauma-related hyperarousal and nervous system dysregulation, creating greater capacity to engage safely with unconscious material and facilitate lasting psychological growth.
Trauma Recovery & Psychotherapy Services is dedicated to providing individualized, relational, and depth-oriented care that fosters insight, reworks self-perception and supporting patients in developing greater emotional regulation.
Integrating EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and depth psychology approaches, I attempt to help patients move beyond insight alone to create meaningful, lasting change.
This work is especially well-suited for individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal long-standing patterns, and move beyond survival mode—not just manage symptoms.
