Great to meet you!

Specialist in narcissistic abuse, borderline personality, childhood sexual trauma, and cult recovery. I work to help individuals break patterns of intense relationships, abandonment fears, identity instability, love addiction, limerence, and fawning—building self-trust and secure intimacy to repair attachment wounds after complex trauma, chronic emptiness, and overwhelm.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is rooted in Jungian depth psychology. I explore unconscious processes, archetypal patterns, complexes, dreams, symbolic material, and early relational experiences that shape personality development and emotional suffering. Therapy is viewed not only as symptom reduction, but as a process of individuation and deeper self-understanding. To support this analytic work, I integrate EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy. These adjunctive modalities help regulate trauma-related hyperarousal and nervous system dysregulation, creating greater capacity to engage safely with unconscious material and facilitate lasting psychological growth.

Trauma Recovery & Psychotherapy Services is dedicated to providing individualized, relational, and depth-oriented care that fosters insight, reworks self-perception and supporting patients in developing greater emotional regulation.

Integrating EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and depth psychology approaches, I attempt to help patients move beyond insight alone to create meaningful, lasting change.

This work is especially well-suited for individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal long-standing patterns, and move beyond survival mode—not just manage symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I spend deep, intentional time getting to know you because I see you as the nuanced, complex person you are. This isn’t just a job—I genuinely love being a therapist. Our first two sessions will focus on history-taking, followed by creating a personalized treatment plan to track progress. While venting has its place, therapy also requires reflection, accountability, challenge, and identifying patterns. We’ll build distress tolerance and regulation skills. I work best with patients ready to take an active role in their healing—those seeking growth, insight, and transformation, especially those who’ve often felt misunderstood.
