Great to meet you!

I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. I also have experience conducting clinical assessments and evaluations, including parental fitness, substance use, and domestic violence assessments.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where clients feel heard and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I integrate evidence based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and trauma informed care.

In our work together, we focus on helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while developing practical tools that support healthier coping, improved relationships, and meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming space for us to begin getting to know each other. You do not need to prepare anything or have everything figured out. Just come as you are.

We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I will ask a few questions to better understand your experiences and goals, and together we will begin identifying how therapy can best support you.

Most importantly, the first session is about creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged as we begin this journey toward growth and healing. ✨
