Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual counselor who specializes on helping Hispanic clients with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and/or history of trauma. Do you have communication problems in your relationship? Do you struggle with anxiety? Is your excessive worrying getting in the way of enjoying your life? Are you isolating, leaving you feeling lonely, or sad? Did you have a difficult childhood or experienced a traumatic event and it's affecting your current life or relationships?

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am fully bilingual in Spanish/English. I use a variety of therapy approaches that allow me to tailor my treatment according to my clients' needs. As an immigrant myself, I am aware and understand the complexities that the Hispanic community experiences in the USA.

What you can expect from our first session

Finding the right therapist is too important. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or trauma please don't hesitate to call me to schedule a complementary 15-minute consultation. I will be happy to talk to you about your struggles and about me and my therapeutic style to find out if I would be a good fit for you.
