Zakiyyah Muhsin-Fall is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner who treats clients across the lifespan with various mental health and behavioral issues. She works with clients of all ages and treats client with mood , addiction medicine and various mental health disorders include but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, anxiety, panic disorder and sleep disturbance.
Zakiyyah uses an evidence-based, culturally sensitive ,integrative ,therapeutic alliance with her clients. Zakiyyah listens effectively to the client needs and creates a personalized care plan that addresses their needs effectively. The client will also feel respected as care is based on patient centered care. She is dedicated to wellness, functional and integrative medicine and treating each client with respect and dignity.
