Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or the weight of trying to hold everything together on your own. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling with substance use, navigating a difficult life transition, or wondering how to move forward after loss or adversity. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, grief and loss, women's issues, relationship challenges, chronic stress, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem struggles, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or searching for a safe space to process life's challenges without judgment. Together, we'll create a supportive environment where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should provide both compassionate support and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, grief, women's issues, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, stress management, trauma, self-esteem, family dynamics, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and create healthier ways of navigating life's challenges while building confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create an environment where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling safe enough to grow and heal. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to your life and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, stronger emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased self-confidence, improved coping skills, and a greater sense of balance and purpose. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
