Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Grand Canyon University. My clients describe me as warm, honest, and straightforward. I’m not afraid to ask the tough questions or challenge unhelpful patterns, because real growth often comes through honest reflection. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel supported, gain clarity, and make lasting changes. While my approach is faith-sensitive for those who value spirituality, I respect all beliefs and focus on helping each person find strength, peace, and purpose in their own way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and faith-sensitive. I work exclusively with adults ages 19 and up, creating a safe space to explore life’s challenges, heal from emotional pain, and rediscover balance. I draw from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients strengthen relationships, find peace, and move toward lasting emotional and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment where we focus on you—your story, goals, and what brought you to counseling. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand better your background, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My approach is honest and compassionate; I’ll listen closely but challenge you to think deeper when needed. By the end of our session, we’ll begin setting realistic goals and outlining a plan to help you move toward healing, clarity, and growth at your own pace.
