Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I attended and graduated from Valdosta State University receiving a bachelor of science in Psychology. I received my masters in Mental Health Counseling from Fort Valley State University. I have over 10 years of experience in the background of working with anger management, issues of grief/loss, stress, and anxiety. I also provide supports to parents/caregivers of adults and children with developmental disabilities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you connect to your strengths while helping you overcome doubts and fears that may be hindering you to become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a no judgement zone, so you free to express your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are pursuing a new career/business, advocating for yourself or learning coping mechanism, I can help you conquer whatever endeavors you choose to pursue during your life’s journey.
