Hi there! I am Zanesssa Kastler, and am dual licensed in New Mexico and Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker i.e. counselor! In my private practice I love meeting over coffee or tea and discussing life as you would with a friend or advisor. I am a mother of five and have been providing counseling since 2016. I serve in children and women's ministry, and seek to focus our conversations about horizontal relationships and problems to a vertical (us with God) solution.

Christian Counseling: Experienced with Marriage and Relationship Counseling and Restoration, Sexual Abuse Trauma (all ages), Grief and Loss Support. Experienced with treating children in CYFD, CASA, and CAC. I have provided crisis intervention and therapy for police officers, firefighters, pastors, and military families. I have served as a foster parent and am a mother of five.

My goal is to help clients focus on the Lord throughout sessions, but incorporate breakthrough strategies and interventions that are scientifically and biblically based. I utilize EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, music, art, anxiety reduction, visualization, meditation, and prayer throughout sessions. For couples, I seek to help restore and heal trauma.
