As a licensed clinical social worker, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals struggling with mental health challenges, specifically in the areas of anxiety and depression management, coping skills utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and navigating through life transitions. With a Master of Social Work degree and years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind and the impact of mental health on individual's life.

In my practice, my primary focus is on providing compassionate and effective therapy to those experiencing anxiety and depression. These conditions can greatly disrupt one's life, causing intense feelings of fear, sadness, and hopelessness.
