Zaraar Zahid

Hi, I'm Zaraar, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) providing virtual therapy for adults and couples across Illinois. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University and my master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University. I work with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, neurodivergence or executive dysfunction, and life transitions.

*I unfortunately do not have any openings left after 4:30 pm.

My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where we can better understand what's been getting in the way, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change together.

The first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and see if working together feels like a good fit.
