Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a clinician who specializes in neurodivergent individuals and older adults, I believe in creating a safe and affirming space. I am certified as both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am fortunate to have many years of experience both working with individuals as well as supporting parents/caregivers.

My approach to therapy

I think that therapy should feel comfortable and even fun, not like a chore. I want you to look forward to coming in to talk and share progress. Since being genuine is a core value for me personally, you will find that I am easygoing and real.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with learning how you best communicate and about your life journey so far. This helps us to identify your core values and create goals for our work together.
