Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. My name is Zareena, and I’ve been in practice for over 5 years. I’ve worked as a social worker across a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and hospice—which has shaped the way I show up for my clients today.

I approach therapy with curiosity, intention, and a genuine desire to understand. I see each client as the expert of their own experience, and together we'll accomplish your goals and what matters most to you.

I meet each person with a fresh perspective, without assumptions or bias. As both a guide and a listener, I view our work as a collaborative process—one where we learn from each other and move forward as a team.

My approach to therapy

make this a bit better too:

Having a problem is one thing, but actively searching and focusing on a solution is another. My goal is to aid individuals in not simply identifying stressors, but to find, focus, and implement solutions while meeting them where they are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know you—your background, what’s been going on, and what brought you here. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, and together we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan that feels supportive and aligned with what you want to work toward.
