Great to meet you!

I have been in the field of mental health for 12 years. I became a certified substance abuse counselor to help those struggling with addiction.

I was trained in play therapy, it is a modality that can help people of all ages. I worked with children and adults that are Autistic to help them reach their goals.

I have worked with veterans and utilize EMDR to assist with navigating their trauma to live healthier fuller lives.

I have worked with families and couples to help navigate issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet each client where they are with what they bring to each session. Some days may be working on specific issues, and other days maybe vent/dumping due to situations that came up or just having a rough day.

What you can expect from our first session

I bring care and compassion to each client in order to hold a safe space to be open and grow. I hope that my clients leave sessions feeling supported and seen. My goal is to help client's reach their goals and grow along the way.
