Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Zari and I am a Licensed professional counselor that will help you identify, understand, and work through whatever problems you are facing. I have worked with a range of populations, more specifically adults, young and old, feeling burdened by a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, low self esteem, identity development, relationships, family conflict, grief, parenting issues, and other life challenges that one may feel is keeping them stuck.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I consider my style as a therapist to be supportive and collaborative. I’m here to meet you where you’re at, and work with you to get you to where you want to be. I will tailor therapy sessions to meet your individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be challenged, be introspective and be healed.

What you can expect from our first session

Congratulations on taking the first step to seeking therapy! It can be difficult to come to the decision of wanting therapy, so my hope is that you are one step closer to finding a therapist that is the best fit for you.

In our initial session, I want to begin to get to know you in order to build a foundation of good rapport that will allow you to feel safe enough to be open in our future sessions together. .
