I'm Zarna Shah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years in Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families of varying cultural backgrounds. I also speak Hindi and Gujarati and have experience in helping individuals of Indian descent. As an interactive, compassionate, solution-focused therapist my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.

My treatment modality is EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic, and insight-oriented with an emphasis on diagnosing, evaluation, management, and treatment to help individuals function optimally outside the therapeutic environment.
