Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California with over five years of experience in community mental health. I've worked with a wide range of clients — many navigating complex life circumstances and systemic barriers — and that experience has made me a thoughtful, grounded therapist. In my private practice I enjoy connecting with new clients who are ready to do meaningful work together.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it's built on trust — so I lead with warmth and curiosity before anything else. My community mental health background taught me to meet people exactly where they are, without judgment. I draw on evidence-based approaches, tailored to your unique needs and strengths, because no two people show up with the same story or needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other — there's no pressure to have everything figured out. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, a bit about your background, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I want you to leave that first conversation feeling heard, and with a clear sense of what working together could look like.
