Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist, mom, and first-generation Caribbean American woman dedicated to wellness. I hold a degree in mental health counseling and support individuals and families from backgrounds. I specialize in helping women, mothers, and helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, relationships, and self-esteem using a warm, strengths-based approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths and client-centered, focusing on your resilience and goals. I use family systems to explore relationship patterns and early influences. I integrate CBT, DBT, and ACT to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and help you live in alignment.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session where you’ll have the space to share your story and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll figure it out together and create goals that feel right for you. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From there, we’ll continue working side by side to turn those goals into real, meaningful progress.
