Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zayle—a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and purpose.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent eight years as an elementary teacher, which taught me the value of patience, connection, and meeting people where they are. Now, as a counselor, I work with individuals of all ages—from children to older adults—helping them find clarity, healing, and confidence in themselves.

I specialize in supporting people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and women’s issues. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself lately, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your peace and work toward creating a life that feels more manageable, balanced, and fulfilling.

My approach is centered around you. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard and respected. I’ll offer guidance and support at your pace, helping you gain tools that fit your life, not just a textbook.

If you’re ready to start feeling more grounded, hopeful, and empowered, I’m here to help you take that first step.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered and compassionate approach to therapy. That means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in uncovering the tools, insight, and strength you already carry within yourself.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and respected. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work together to identify your goals, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and flexible. I’ll meet you where you are and adapt our work to fit your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or navigating challenges related to identity and womanhood, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering both emotional support and practical strategies that can create real, lasting change.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and to the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel supported, understood, and never judged. My goal is to help you walk away with more than just insight—we’ll work toward real, meaningful change that you can feel in your everyday life.

You’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or any emotional challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen your ability to handle life’s ups and downs with more confidence and clarity.

I want you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more in control of your own story. Whether we’re processing the past or planning for the future, my hope is that you walk away feeling seen, empowered, and better equipped to take care of yourself—mentally, emotionally, and beyond.
