Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a psychologist has been deeply meaningful, shaped by years of rigorous training and transformative clinical experiences. I hold a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and have worked across diverse settings, including psychiatric hospitals, neuropsychological clinics, and women’s health specialty care. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to helping clients feel truly seen and understood. As a mother and a clinician, I bring both professional insight and personal depth to my work, especially with women navigating life’s transitions. Today, I am honored to support individuals in creating meaningful change and building lives aligned with their values.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in women’s mental health, supporting women across all stages of life and from all walks of life. While I have particular expertise in the perinatal and postpartum periods, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, new motherhood, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression or anxiety, I also work with women navigating identity shifts, relationships, career transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences shape current patterns, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and a values-based life. I strive to offer a warm, collaborative space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, healing after it, or simply seeking clarity and connection, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, and to guide you on your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel deeply seen and heard in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, which helps foster greater self-love and acceptance. Through our work together, clients gain insight into patterns that may have held them back, empowering them to take control and make intentional choices. By navigating their lives with increased clarity and purpose, clients build resilience and create meaningful change aligned with their values. This process supports lasting growth and a stronger connection to their authentic selves.
