Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Zeakela, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 10+ years of experience in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I specialize in anxiety, family issues, generational trauma, and ADD/ADHD. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

My approach to therapy

My sessions are grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and feelings at your own pace. My approach is supportive yet direct, always respectful of your ability to make your own decisions.

I prioritize you as a whole person- body, mind, & spirit- to help you create a full, well-balanced life. We can include body-oriented interventions (Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, etc.) so you reconnect with your body and emotions in a gentle way.

What you can expect from me

Firstly, I seek to understand you-- holding space for every layer of your identity that makes you, uniquely you. We'll highlight your strengths, inspire hope, and begin to reclaim your story. You will feel empowered to better navigate relationships and life's challenges.

My goal is for you to feel supported and equipped to continue your healing journey, both during and after our time together. Be warned, I will bring my entire goofy, bubbly self into our sessions so expect to laugh along the way.
