Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience, I've had the opportunity to support adults through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, women's issues, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and working toward meaningful change. I approach each person with compassion and without judgment, taking time to understand your individual experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we'll work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and a stronger sense of well-being.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe there is one approach to therapy that works for everyone. My style is integrative and tailored to you, drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on your needs, experiences, and goals.

I use approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Our work may involve understanding patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, or past experiences while also developing practical skills you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make changes that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brought you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to work toward. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We'll start with what's most important to you and develop goals together.

You can expect me to be supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental throughout our work. I know that opening up about difficult experiences can feel vulnerable, so building trust and creating a space where you feel heard is important to me. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you while developing insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you move toward the life and relationships you want.
