Great to meet you!

I’m especially passionate about creating a space where women of color feel seen, respected, and understood. Not just as clients, but as whole people with unique stories, cultures, values, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating relationships, work stress, life transitions, self-worth, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on you as a whole person. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest, feel understood, and explore what’s really going on without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, work through challenges, and identify practical steps toward greater peace, confidence, and clarity. I also recognize the importance of faith and I’m happy to incorporate your faith into our work when it’s meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for you to share what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to get from therapy, and what’s important to you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share anything you’re not ready to share. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the work we can do together. Most importantly, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself.
