Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience working with young adults, adults, athletes, and groups in a variety of different settings including community mental health, residential substance use treatment, college counseling centers, athletic departments, and private practice. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, attachment issues, burnout, and confidence and performance issues. I am attachment based but use a variety of theoretical orientations to collaboratively work with clients in providing support for continuous growth.

My approach to therapy

Show up wherever you are and I will meet you there and travel on your journey along side of you. I am client centered as I believe that although I am the professional, you are the expert of your life. As an attachment based therapist, I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is what fosters the change within the individual to help them garner their strengths to cope, grow, and make adjustments to their lives.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me will be a space for me to start to openly get to know you and your story, you to get to know me and feel me out with openness and care and probably a little humor thrown in. We will discuss what your goals are and the best way that I can help you maximize and achieve them.
