Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming — and sometimes the hardest part is simply starting. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Art Therapist, and Master Addictions Counselor, I bring more than two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.

My approach to therapy

My background includes years of work with military families across the United States, Germany, and Japan, as well as ongoing experience in emergency mental health, assessing and supporting people in acute crisis. This work has taught me how to show up quickly, listen carefully, and meet people exactly where they are. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have a particular heart for rural communities, first responders, military families, and professionals (including physicians) who often put everyone else first. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, because access matters.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. In our work together, I’ll bring honesty, humor, and a grounded belief that change is possible — you bring yourself, exactly as you are.
