Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Zetah Young, LCPC, a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support, healing, and positive change.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. Rather than focusing only on problems, I help clients identify strengths, build healthier patterns, improve communication, and develop practical strategies they can apply in everyday life.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My goal is to help you move toward the life and relationships you want with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. Clients often come to therapy wanting relief, clarity, and direction. My role is to help guide that process compassionately and collaboratively. I use a solution-focused approach that helps clients recognize strengths, build healthier patterns, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your experiences and how I can best support you. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share more on what you hope to gain from therapy
