I am a structurally-oriented therapist.

I am not a therapist who offers comfort solely by “listening to emotions.” My strength lies in identifying the underlying structures behind emotional patterns, understanding the motivational systems driving internal conflict, and guiding you back to your own psychological center. My approach is particularly well-suited for those who understand a lot intellectually, yet remain stuck in states of anxiety, relational impasses, or internalized social expectations.

I serve as a mirror—one that helps you locate your internal coordinates. I reflect not only the emotions and logic you’re aware of, but also sense the deeper conflicts and structural patterns underneath. When you’re ready and willing to go deeper, I will gently yet clearly point out the disguised thought patterns and unconscious motives that may have long obscured your authentic self.

My work goes beyond temporary reassurance. It is a steady process of clarification and return to selfhood. While it’s not always easy, it is grounded, conscious, and ultimately transformative. You will walk away with sharper self-awareness, a more embodied sense of agency, and inner tools that support long-term change.

I integrate insight-based dialogue, somatic awareness, and symbolic work to help you reconnect with your emotional truth and embodied clarity.

My approach includes:

  • Decoding repetitive relational patterns instead of staying on surface-level emotions;
  • Deconstructing repetitive emotional and relational patterns;
  • Rewriting internalized shame-based narratives;
  • Offering reflective, direct questions to illuminate blind spots.
  • Providing cognitive maps and emotional language to help you articulate your inner world.
  • Using Brainspotting®, body-based regulation, parasympathetic breathing, and sensory-based grounding to build safety and integration.

Clients can expect a process of structural clarification and emotional integration. Rather than temporary relief, my work facilitates long-term change by helping you:

  • Identify and deconstruct repeating relational and emotional patterns.
  • Gain language and cognitive frameworks to articulate inner conflicts.
  • Reclaim agency by distinguishing between internalized narratives and authentic needs.
  • Develop embodied awareness through somatic and neuroregulation-based tools (e.g., Brainspotting®, breath, displacement).
  • Build emotional boundaries and inner stability, especially in complex interpersonal dynamics.
