A bit about my approach to therapy

Ability to understand each client's needs through utilization of initial psychosocial assessment to understand not only what the immediate issue is but dynamics of their childhood, and all aspects of their environment. A person-centered plan addressing client's goals and objectives allows the client to focus on issues they would like to address in therapy to create a structured goal focused session. Homework is created to help client on the path to self-realization and holistic recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

  • I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's difficulties. My goal is to help individuals to understand, predict and control behavior and emotions that is leading them to psychological discomfort. Additional focus is to bring families and couples closer together through therapeutic work and help to have fulfilling relationships.
