Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English | Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than five years of experience providing telehealth therapy to adults (18+) across California. After earning my Master of Social Work and completing extensive clinical training in community mental-health settings—especially with youth in foster care—I focused my practice on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Colleagues describe me as calm, down-to-earth, and a little quirky, which means sessions feel welcoming and judgment-free while still being goal-oriented.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and flexible: we’ll choose the tools that fit you best. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (to spot and re-shape unhelpful thought patterns), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (for emotion regulation and mindfulness skills), and Solution-Focused Therapy (to build on your strengths and set concrete, achievable goals). Sessions weave together psycho-education, skills practice, and meaningful reflection, always delivered with cultural humility and sensitivity to your unique background and values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect practical coping strategies you can start using right away, clearer insight into the roots of your thoughts and feelings, and a realistic action plan for the changes you want to see. Over time, most clients report feeling more emotionally balanced, more confident in setting healthy boundaries, and better equipped to handle future stressors with resilience. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling heard, validated, and one step closer to the life you envision for yourself.
