Great to meet you!

Hello, I am excited to help you out with your goals on your mental wellness journey! My masters degree was in clinical psychology with emphasis in neuropsychology. I have experience working with individuals from age 5 and up. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and my goal is to educate others on the importance of individual therapy. Regardless of where you are on your mental health journey, I will be there to listen and guide you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I cannot do the work for you but I can definitely provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to do the work for you. I am solution focused and I try to be direct while also maintaining a warm and empathetic approach. Everyone is different and I do my best to use my skills in a way that is specific to your own unique journey.

What you can expect from our first session

All sessions will be different. Some times you’ll walk away with things to reflect on. Others you’ll walk away with answers and optimism. Other sessions will be tough but know you will always walk away knowing that you matter and that you have someone that will be there for you no matter what.
