Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience in the field. I am a transgender female who is married and has 2 cats. I am psychoanalytically trained. I got my clinical license in 2019 and have worked for many nonprofits over the years while managing a private practice.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a place where people go to find relief from their issues. I create a safe space with you (my patient) to help foster a place of nonjudgment. My practice is called Nobody's Perfect Therapy because we are all flawed, and we work together to embrace your true self.

Therapy is open-ended, and we work on whatever issues are affecting you at the time. I utilize psychoeducation, narrative therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and a little bit of CBT.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to feel safe and not judged in sessions. That there is someone who cares about them, their issues, and their identity. The work is hard, and I try to be transparent about how things will progress.
