Great to meet you!
I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to better understand the challenges you're facing and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
I earned my Master's degree in Psychology from William Carey College and have more than 20 years of experience working in community mental health, inpatient settings, and private practice. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, conflict resolution, infidelity, and the effects of domestic abuse. I also have experience supporting individuals coping with PTSD and prolonged grief.
