Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about supporting my community's mental health and well-being. With over five years of experience as an ICU nurse, I developed a strong clinical foundation and spent time counseling patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience deepened my understanding of the human side of healing and inspired my transition into mental health. In my work, I take a personalized and compassionate approach, working with you to discover what feels most helpful and sustainable, whether that’s medication, therapeutic strategies, or lifestyle shifts. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Whether you’re just starting your mental health journey or looking for a new perspective, I’m here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I approach care with warmth, curiosity, and clinical expertise, creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each treatment plan to fit your specific needs. My role is to collaborate with you as you navigate challenges and create the change you’re looking for, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence toward meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

I want each client to leave their appointment feeling supported, capable, and equipped with practical tools they can use in their daily lives. My focus is on building a collaborative relationship where we work together to find the right balance of medication management, always keeping their personal goals and well-being at the center. Through a holistic and compassionate approach, I aim to provide a judgment-free space and help clients feel more confident in managing their mental health long term.
