Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I support individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. Whether you’re wrestling with identity, relationship challenges, or career uncertainty, I create a space where you can speak freely, think clearly, and begin to move forward with confidence. My clients often come to me feeling stuck or overwhelmed—and together, we work to uncover what’s keeping them there and how to shift it.

Clients describe me as nurturing but straightforward, grounded yet approachable. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where your story is respected and your growth is prioritized. I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time, and transformation can come with clarity, connection, and even a few laughs along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Somatic therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. I believe therapy should be practical and effective, not just reflective. We’ll challenge unhelpful thought patterns, set goals you can actually reach, and build tools to manage real-life stress. I won’t just nod and ask how that makes you feel—I’ll ask the tough questions, but always with care and a bit of humor.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me as your partner you can expect to take home tools, real change, and a sense of support that cuts through the noise of struggle so you move forward.
