Great to meet you!

Zoe Long Holloway is a Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. While at Auburn, Zoe became passionate about psychology and, having seen the impact social media can have on mental health in her time as a research assistant, began focusing on how she can be a part of the solution for people living with mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

Zoe has experience working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stage of life problems, addiction, and various other challenges and conditions! Her approach to these concerns involve an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused practices to meet her clients where they are and work towards their goals.

What you can expect from me

Zoe works with her clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. She works consistently to stay on top of new trends and research within the counseling field to ensure she is providing the best services to her clients.
