Great to meet you!

Welcome! You've taken an important step in seeking therapy. As a psychotherapist I draw from an eclectic combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Modality and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to guide you toward a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

My approach to therapy

Within the structure and privacy of the therapeutic environment, I am committed to engaging in a collaborative, holistic therapy process in which you can achieve balance, contentment and ultimately, healing. Together we will cultivate coping strategies that foster insight and change, thereby creating emotional and physical well-being.

What you can expect from me

Areas having particular therapeutic focus or meaning are the mind-body connection, emotional self-regulation, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships, compassion-based therapy, and nutrition and physical health.

Together we will work to promote a positive sense of well being in mind, body and spirit allowing you to flourish. On a personal note, I am an avid runner, yoga practioner and certified yoga instructor, 200RYT with an interest in the practice of mindfulness.
