Great to meet you!

Before I became a therapist, I guided people through wilderness experiences in the Pisgah National Forest and on the Island of Hawai'i. What I saw again and again was that growth happens when we step outside of the familiar — and that is still at the heart of how I conduct my practice today.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the pressures that come with the different seasons of life. Whether you're figuring out who you are, healing from past experiences, managing relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself, I'm here to help you make sense of it.

My approach to therapy

My strengths-based approach builds self-understanding, social confidence, and coping skills while honoring unique perspectives. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and interactive, using evidence-based practices like Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I incorporate experiential techniques to help clients gain insights through action. At the heart of my work is creating a space where young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I'm here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of humor.

What you can expect from me

I primarily work with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, tailoring therapy to your unique background, values, and goals. Whether you need practical tools, a space to process past experiences, or support in navigating relationships, my approach is collaborative and adaptable. Together, we'll find what works best for you.
