Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on supporting individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, childhood trauma, grief, aging, burnout, high sensitivity, low self-confidence, and ADHD. My clients have given me positive feedback on my warmth, patience, unwavering compassion, and the use of gentle, yet direct reflection.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, I will support you in creating a more confident inner world to better navigate your outer world. My work is rooted in a trauma based, attachment theory lens, but I weave together several therapeutic styles tailored to you, including mindfulness and humor. Therapy will not always be easy, but sharing a laugh never hurt anyone!

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is most fruitful when a client feels seen and heard. I believe the 'therapeutic relationship' is the most vital ingredient to feeling supported, increasing insight, and making positive steps towards your goals.

My hope for our work together is for you to feel seen and heard. Our first several sessions will be for me to get to know you and learn what compelled you to seek therapy at this time.

Call me today for a free consultation to see if we may be a good fit!
