Great to meet you!

Currently accepting clients in WA, VA, GA & MO.

I work with adults and children who feel stuck in anxiety, worry, overthinking, or feeling easily overwhelmed. For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. For children, this often shows up as big emotions, shutdowns, defiance, school struggles, or not being able to explain what’s wrong. I have over 6 years of experience working with youth, including engaging kids ages 5–11 in telehealth (yes, even the ones who don’t want to talk). My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth.

Currently offering a variety of appointment times, including late evenings and some Saturdays.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we focus on noticing patterns as they show up and understanding what’s driving them. I take a practical, collaborative approach, helping you respond differently in the moment rather than just talking about it. With children, sessions are more interactive and focused on building emotional awareness, coping skills, and ways to handle big feelings in everyday situations.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on, what you want to change or understand better, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. For children, a parent or legal guardian will be present during the first session to support care planning.
