Great to meet you!

Hi there! My strongest source of learning as a therapist has been getting to witness remarkable acts of courage by people facing seemingly insurmountable odds. It takes bravery to look within. I believe in helping people feel safe in their bodies again, safe to feel and express their emotions, and trust in their inner wisdom. I value truly understanding and connecting with those I see, and cultivating a space where you are free and comfortable to let your guard down. I believe that as most pain originates in relationships, most healing does as well. Through the relationship that we will form together, you can begin to imagine new ways of relating to yourself and others that can help create more meaning and alignment in your life.

My approach to therapy

My work is informed by compassion focused therapy, attachment theory, DBT, CBT, and interpersonal therapy. The bulk of my experience is supporting adults in the contexts of complex trauma, addiction, compulsive behaviors, neurodiversity, mood disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I specialize in attachment issues, healing from trauma, and recovering from narcissistic abuse.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel heard and understood, and come away feeling like we've identified some goals to work on together, and a sense of hopefulness.
