Great to meet you!

I support individuals and couples through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. You may be used to feeling competent and equipped to tackle difficulties, but now that self feels far away. You may feel lost, overwhelmed, or wonder whether you'll ever feel like yourself again. Therapy offers a place to make sense of your experience, reconnect with yourself, and move forward.

My approach to therapy

Talking helps. Together, we will make room for the full range of feelings—excitement, grief, rage, fear, sadness, and joy—and reconnect with your inner strength and stability. We'll get into the nitty gritty of tough decisions, thoughts that keep you up at night, and struggles with partners and family members. Along the way, we'll find practical ways to help you feel more grounded in your daily life while also making sense of the deeper patterns that shape your experience. Over time, therapy can help you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping will feel different, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without feeling rushed or judged. Together, we'll better understand what's happening now while also exploring the longstanding patterns that shape how you experience yourself and your relationships.
