Great to meet you!

Therapy is a useful resource for reflection and creating a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I’m here to hold space and navigate the process with you, using collaboration and mindfulness. Life can sometimes present challenges that leave us feeling stuck, but together we will create a dedicated space to explore and heal.

My approach to therapy

My trauma-informed approach to therapy includes training in EMDR and having an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective. I also prioritize client-centered and attachment-based solutions within our therapeutic alliance.

What you can expect from me

I appreciate the opportunity to do this work alongside my clients and look forward to hearing how I may be able to assist you in your own exploration as well.
