Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or painful relationships that leave you feeling like you’ve lost yourself? Maybe you grew up in a family that looked “fine” on the outside but left you with invisible scars of trauma. You might find yourself replaying old patterns—turning to food, restriction, or overexercise to cope, feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep choosing partners who don’t treat you well. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together while doubting yourself inside, therapy can help you finally break free.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I meet clients where they are and focus on what feels most important to them in the moment. At the same time, clients often share that they value my ability to keep our conversations connected to their treatment goals, so that sessions feel both supportive and purposeful. I also provide practical homework and activities between our weekly sessions, which gives clients opportunities to practice new skills, deepen insight, and continue their growth outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe you deserve to feel confident, connected, and authentic in your life and relationships. My passion is helping clients stop people-pleasing, set boundaries without guilt, and learn to trust themselves again. If you’re ready to begin, book online today—I’d be honored to walk with you on this part of your journey.
