Great to meet you!

As a dedicated clinician, I provide a collaborative, inclusive, and confidential space for individuals to explore the complexities of their thoughts and feelings. With years of working in various settings such as community outreach programs, domestic violence shelters, and health department programs, I engage in treatment with a trauma-focused and person-centered lens.

My approach to therapy

You may be feeling disconnected from those around you, overwhelmed by negative thought patterns, or excessively worrying. Perhaps you struggle with vulnerability and have noticed changes in your mood. As a result, you feel hopeless and unsure about where to start to heal. Together, we will work towards understanding the root of these problems and establish attainable goals.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will be a non-judgmental and empathic space for you to strengthen your self-confidence, explore thoughts, and grow into your ideal self. I’d love to hear your story and see how we can work together to help you thrive.
