Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing since 2018. I specialize in helping clients identify and break longstanding patterns, strengthen coping skills, and foster emotional growth. I believe in making mental health care accessible, collaborative, and empowering, and I strive to help clients feel hopeful, supported, and confident as they work toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be impacting their emotional well-being, develop effective coping strategies, and build insight to support lasting change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and respected throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space focused on getting to know them and what brings them to therapy. We will review background information, discuss current concerns, and begin identifying goals for treatment. I also take time to answer questions and ensure clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process and next steps.
