Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences? I'm Zoey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's in Social Work from Cal State Northridge, and I specialize in working with youth, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, meaning we start from where you are and build from there. In our work together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and create a plan that actually fits your life. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and at your pace.

My approach to therapy

Every journey looks different, and so will ours. My approach is collaborative, authentic, and rooted in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices. I adapt to what works best for you so together we can build the insight and tools you need to navigate life's challenges long beyond our work together. I'll meet you where you are and challenge you when it's time. Growth can be uncomfortable, and that's okay. You won't go through it alone!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and you getting to know me! I want to hear your story, what brings you here, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll build goals that are meaningful to you and measurable enough to track real progress. Progress isn't always linear, and our goals can grow and change as you do. We will check in regularly to make sure what we're working toward still fits and that the work is translating outside of our sessions.
