Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy throughout New York. Meaningful growth begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported. In a grounded, authentic, and caring manner, I bring together my clinical training, professional expertise, and life experiences to provide thoughtful, client-centered support that honors each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

In a warm, present and nonjudgmental space, each client is supported to better understand the experiences that have shaped who they are today, develop greater self-awareness and personal insights, and build tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, gain a deeper understanding of self, and explore the experiences that have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself and to others. I support each client as they build self-awareness, identify patterns, and develop tools that support emotion regulation, a healthier relationship with self and others, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

My approach is grounded in the belief that each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, values, and perspectives into therapy. I strive to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood while working toward meaningful personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a space to begin building a therapeutic relationship and share what brings them to therapy. I will take time to listen, learn about each client’s experiences, and begin to understand what they hope to explore in therapy.

My hope is that clients leave their first session feeling heard, understood, and comfortable to begin the therapeutic process.
